Our booking process
Our simple process is designed to make booking your wedding flowers an easy, straightforward and fun process. You will know exactly what to expect at each stage.
1. Enquire
A good place to start is to review our Wedding Flower Guide (available for immediate download here. This guide will help you start planning your wedding flowers and decide what floral items you would like at your wedding. Then get in touch via the enquiry form above.
2. Quote
You will then be sent an initial quote based on your specific requirements. We can then arrange a call, you can share inspiration photos and from there a detailed quote can be prepared for you setting out each floral item and a full cost breakdown (including set-up, delivery and bump out costs).
3. Lock it in
If you are happy with the quote please lock it your date as soon as possible as I generally only do one wedding per day. A deposit it payable at this stage.
4. Preparations
One month before the wedding we will discuss the details of the day. I will then prepare the final designs, place orders with growers, personally go to the flower markets and select the best flowers for your wedding. You can make any changes to your order at this time.
5. The big day
Your bouquets and buttonholes will be delivered to you in advance of the ceremony for your photos. The ceremony and reception venue/s will be set-up, flowers will be moved from the ceremony to the reception (if design and location permits) and bump out can be arranged.
