Real Wedding: L&G

Earlier this year Black Wattle had the pleasure of designing the florals for a breathtaking wedding at Orso Bayside in Mosman for the lovely L & G. It was clear that this couple had a timeless and elegant vision for their day—with a soft and romantic colour palette of cream, white and soft pink, complemented by delicate hints of blue, a nod to the groom’s favourite colour.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the water at Orso Bayside, the ceremony was nothing short of magical. We created a lush, circular floral arch that framed the ceremony space perfectly. The arch was full of creamy roses, textured white blooms, and soft foliage, which blended beautifully with the natural surroundings.

The bride's bouquet was a garden-style arrangement of soft white and cream blooms with light blue accents, keeping it classic with just the right amount of uniqueness. The bridesmaids carried similar bouquets in a slightly smaller size.

For the reception, the styling continued with flower cloud arrangements and bud vases for the tables—continuing the soft and romantic atmosphere.

As the day came to a close, the flowers were wrapped up for guests to take home—a lovely way to extend the joy of the day and ensure the blooms lived on a little longer. Every last bouquet and bud vase found a home, and not a single flower was left behind.
